Abstract

Garbage in schools is an issue that arouses interest in the construction of changes as far as the student is concerned, since the citizen must act without compromising the damages at the moment of the snack, avoiding the waste, making him aware of not consuming excessively his sheets of notebook and doing collection for recycling. The studies undertaken have a qualitative and quantitative approach with social rationale, the main one being to reduce the increase of natural resources and the exaggeration of solid waste in places unsuitable for reducing the impacts on the land with the implementation of integrated solid waste management and the work of motivate, raise awareness and train young people in environmental education associated with public policies aimed at reduction, reuse and recycling. According to the author, the fives: reduce the production of waste, reuse, recycle, rethink the attitudes that degrade the environment and carry out environmental education. Questionnaires and direct observations on the subject were carried out. The results influenced the new postures acquired by the young propagators of the awareness of the proper disposal of garbage. Collectively constructed ideas reflect the chaotic state and purpose of making the environment conducive to the proper functioning of the school and the well-being (health) of its members.
