THE SUPERVISOR AND ITS PEDAGOGICAL TEAM IN CONTINUING EDUCATION

The main objective of this article was to analyze the importance of the teaching supervisor and his pedagogical team in continuing education. The development of this research was based on the following questions: what is the importance that a teacher can give in his participation in continuing education? Do education professionals value this action with respect knowing that it will bring you great results? What do trainers do to make their team of trainees enjoy participating in these trainings? the teacher should or should not participate to improve each time? Do all teachers who participate in continuing education have a differential in their assignments? In order to obtain answers to these questions, we worked on the bibliographic research methodology, based on the contributions of Soares; Pinto; Magalhães and Bruno. This literature review sought to facilitate the understanding and discussion of the collaboration of the education policies of students in relation to inclusive education, based on the articles and theses found through a systematized search in the portals of CAPES, BDTD, SCIELO, among others. Thus, the study brings its justification, through the proportion of reflections on the importance of mass participation of teachers in the formation education where there is growth and cognitive development of their students, and the educator himself should collaborate, seeking to participate in all the necessary occasions, to be perfected more and more, within the scenario of professional educational academic formation. the study brought as specific objectives the main descriptors: the Pedagogical Team in the collective work; the importance of School Supervision to participate in Democratic management; Supervision and pedagogical coordination as a success for education; Processing agents; Pedagogical supervision and coordination in the socialization of knowledge. The results obtained successes due to the clarification of some authors of the last five years, as well as of other authors of previous decades, who have, over time, brought their contribution to the development of this article, being made the comparison through the researches carried out in other sources. The conclusions of this study strengthened the contents of the area and they even indicate that there should be other researches with this same relation.
