THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS THROUGH COACHING

Abstract

Educational Coaching is a market niche of Coaching that uses development tools in the area of education. These tools enable self-knowledge, improve student performance, stimulate self-learning, work on legacy identification, increase teacher motivation, identify pupils and teachers' limitations and develop them, as well as set goals accordingly, always thinking about present with a focus on the future and achieving fast results. The objective of this research is to analyze the development of the teachers after the application of the tools and sessions of Coaching. As a result, we have identified an increase in the safety of teachers in their work, knowledge of their abilities and reactions, greater ease in dealing with conflicts or working with different profiles. As a methodological research tool we used the technique of data collection through structured questionnaires, performing a quantitative research to evaluate the results in the form of graphs.
