Research shows the characterization and quantification of inputs and outputs of the process of obtaining sugar. The objective of the research is analyzing the lifecycle of sugar, from receipt of raw materials to obtain the final product. Reviewed information from sugar mills of the Ecuador, and it could quantify emissions of greenhouse gases, the interaction of its processes, products and waste of each productive process.
