Abstract

The need for studies on the Ecuadorian educational system become relevant and avant-garde, leaving in evidence the opportunity to access development and progress in the construction of greater cultural and social capital. Theobjective of this research is to characterize the trust in their relationships between teachers and managers in a case study in secondary education in Ecuador. The research had a quantitative and descriptive level approach. Through a review of the literature, and the use of the surveys, the relationships between affective and cognitive confidence are identified; however, no significant relationships are identified between demographic variables such as gender, education and labor seniority.
