This research investigates the policies of inclusion in the university level of higher education in the countries of Latin America. A first access road that gives rise to this exhibition represents an exploration through the Web pages of the Universities in Latin America, to attend a first interrogation: are the universities responding to the challenge of the access, permanence, egress and follow-up of students who present diverse requirements of the educational, environmental, social and cultural order? The article is a first approximation to: a) the main actions around the policies and services of educational inclusion offered to students with disabilities, b) the situation of educational inclusion programs, services and projects in public universities, State and private institutions in Latin America from the paradigm of integration and the paradigm of inclusion, and c) a reflection and analysis on the progress of programs, services and projects on inclusion in Latin American universities.
