ADAPTATION OF TOOL A3, FOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON REDUCING RISKS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, IN A FOOD BUSINESS

This research addresses the issue of project management in the food business; The analysis carried out in its project management process determined that it is at an immature management level since most projects are not completed on time, because currently its procedureisnotstandardizedanditisobsolete.Giventhissituation,itisproposedtosupport project management with Toyota's A3 tool, to reduce the risks generated and allow themto face their projects with a greater probability of success, also generating knowledgetransfer and administration. The results obtained, reduce the risks identified by the users to93.6%.
