Abstract

Therapeutic Educational Centres (CET) were created by law in 1997, for children and young people whose disabilities “which does not allowing access into a special education system which perform systematically ". They are designed institutions within the medical paradigm, seen at that time as an advanced solution for those left outside of the educational system.
