UMA ANÁLISE DE CASOS DE ASSÉDIO PRESENTES EM PRÁTICAS HOMOFÓBICAS NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES: UMA REVISÃO

To review the literature to understand the cases of moral harassment present in homophobic practices in organizations. Content: Homophobia and moral harassment affect interpersonal relationships, organization, work and, above all, the homosexual individual who interferes with their labor productivity. A bibliographic survey was carried out in April 2020, in the CAPES and Google Scholar databases. The descriptors used were the following: "Homophobia" and "Organizational scope" and "Moral harassment" in both databases. The 5 articles that entered the qualitative synthesis confirmed the existence of cases of moral harassment in homophobic practices in organizations. Homosexuals were interviewed in 3 of the 5 articles and all of them said that they believed that discrimination was common, due to existing prejudices in society. Furthermore, it was noted that most of them were unaware of the fact that they were being bullied.
