CITIZENS OF FIRST AND SECOND CLASS. APPROACHING THE FEMICIDE IN GUERRERO AND HIERARCHY ON THE ACCESS TO JUSTICE

This text has like objective to reflect on the citizenship status of femicide victims in Guerrero, of which it has being identified the existence of two types: first class citizens and second class citizens. The Empirical Reference of this work is the situation of femicide in Guerrero, and are taken as source of information cases of femicide that appear on the three most important newspapers of state circulation(El Sol, Novedades and the Sur Acapulco) in the years of 2005 to 2009. In the first group are located the victims of femicide to which procure and impart justice and in the second are the precarious women whose deaths itself characterized by impunity because they are socially invisible and in front of state Institutions, which in addition, are materially precarious.
