Abstract

This paper aims to make a critical analysis of the National Disability Policy existing 20,422 since 2010 in Chile,
from the role of the Social Worker from an ethical perspective. The aim is to detect how this policy since its
legal and regulatory framework in the practical application of ethics to ensure equal opportunities, social
inclusion, respect for rights, participation in social dialogue and accessibility of people with disabilities and their
environment, specifically questioning the role the social worker plays in the implementation of this policy. This
analysis will be developed by Applied Ethics offered Adela Cortina, which is seen as Critical Hermeneutics,
and will eventually generate an audit ethics Such Policy from the perspective and practical task of social
workers.
