ART. 926, ITEM V, CPC: THE POSSIBILITY OF RESCISSION ACTION AGAINST JUDICIAL PRECEDENT
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze the new wording of article 926, item V, of the Civil Procedure
Code, in order to demonstrate that the possibility of rescissory action against the so-called judicial
precedents. And based on this premise, outline what the requirements and grounds would be for
justifying the severance in these cases.
