Abstract

Actually the term "social justice" is not something new, since we find it in classic authors like Plato,
and this concept will be linked among other principles to equality or equity. When we talk about
equality, this will be directly related to achieving improvements in the most vulnerable groups.
Therefore, in this article, social justice will be understood as the kind of justice that will try to contribute
to the improvement of the living conditions of people who can find themselves at risk, in addition to
analyzing the main principles of the Theory of Rawlsian justice, emphasizing the principle of equality
over that of inequality; relating the 2 terms (social justice and equality) with the disability, bearing in
mind that the group of people who suffer disability has been involved in situations of discrimination,
or inequality throughout its existence, as is the case socio-labor insertion, a topic that has not been
widely discussed in this article, but will be studied in future ones.
