Abstract

The objective of the present study was to carry out an integrative literature review in order to analyze the moral problems of the world of work, in order to understand the effects of uberization on labor relations. Uberization has become a new form of precariousness human work, for there are no social guarantees or labor protection for the driver. That is why there is a worldwide discuss about how new technologies are transforming industrial relations and whether the employment relationship should be characterized in these situations. In June 2020, in the CAPES and Google Scholar Periodical databases. The descriptors used were as follows: “Uberização do Trabalho” AND “Shared Economy” AND “Precarização” AND “Subordination” AND “Uberization of Work” AND “Shared Economy” AND “Precariousness” AND “Subordination” in all databases. 80% of the 10 articles that entered the qualitative synthesis confirmed that partner drivers must be recognized as employees in order to have their labor rights guaranteed. The other 20% of the articles consider the link to be non-existent, but defend new forms of protection to guarantee workers' rights.
