POLITICAS PÚBLICAS Y RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EDUCATIVA EN LAS INSTITUCIONES SECUNDARIAS DEL ECUADOR: CASO CIUDAD DE MACHALA

In Ecuador, the educational institutions of secondary education, especially in the last levels of the baccalaureate, implement in each school year multiple actions with the purpose of developing programs framed in the social responsibility in a natural way which impact in a positive way in the communities. In this context, this research aims to analyze social responsibility initiatives carried out by secondary education institutions in the city of Machala with their stakeholders or stakeholders. For the collection of data, the survey technique was applied and as a tool the questionnaire addressed to the authorities of the schools, since they are more linked and oriented about the teaching-learning process of each educational establishment, the sample consisted of twenty-nine main executives of which seventeen are fiscal and twelve private. The analysis of the results was carried out through the SPSS 22 program and consisted in the crossing of variables.
