The scientific and research activity becomes stronger each time in the educative ambit, the presence of the technology of information and communication(TIC) and its impact in education leads to a each time more accelerated changes on the pedagogical student´s pedagogic scientific knowledge in the pedagogical careers, to explore the problems in the pedagogical ambit, to exchange information, to create new knowledge, to search for and propose scientific solutions, communicate and interchange results and introduce them in the practice in correspondence with the new context are part of systematic teaching routine.
