This article analyzes the inclusion of people with disabilities (PWD) in organizations, in accordance with Decree 3.298 of 1999. Through a bibliographic review with a systemic approach, the role of hospitality in the hiring process of PWD and the challenges faced in the labor market are investigated. The study discusses strategies that promote inclusive and welcoming environments through Human Resource management and its subsystems. The research indicates that, although legislation has favored inclusion, there are still barriers to the practical implementation of these policies in companies.
