THE COLLECTIVE PROTECTION OF RIGHTS BY ASSOCIATIONS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract

The federal Constitution attached great importance to the freedom of association, individual right to collective
exercise. It assured procedural instruments of collective protection for the realization of the rights of people with
disabilities.
However, to date, these instruments were not used in accordance with its purpose.
