Abstract

This scientific article is dedicated to demonstrate the coherence between the corporate-foundation
legal institute in the context of the Humanist Capitalism School. It brings a briefing on the referred
School in order to bring the discussion about how the corporate-foundation could be able to achieve
the goals and principles thereby treated.
