METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS OF BODY EXPRESSION IN INITIAL EDUCATION

The research was based on determining the methodological strategies used by teachers for the development of the corporal expression skills of sub-level 2 students, in the "Esther Montes de Montalván initial education center", in the city of Quevedo. Which used a qualitative approach to the sample of 7 teachers and 60 students of Initial 2. The instruments for data collection were the survey of teachers and students, the observation, evaluation of motor development through checklists. For the methodology of work in corporal expression, will be exposed the use of games and learning experiences, in addition three training workshops in order to improve the level of knowledge on body expression and motor skills. The use of didactic strategies as variability to the sessions of school activities, promoting alternative work that will make the learning processes spaces of fun and enjoyment, in addition will favor the strengthening of relationships and intergroup knowledge.
