Abstract

Ecuadorian universities are strengthened with research, link and teaching, space in which approaches themes that afflicts the city, region, country and the world, is there where the foreign english language converts in an a transverse axis for intercommunication, in exiles the discrimination for disability and it applies inclusion for individualized teaching, intra and extracurricular jobs with orientation to the production an accomplish of goals, principles, academic purposes that allow deliver optimal results semester to semester to the blind students of the Psychology career of the Universidad Estatal de Milagro.
