Abstract

The objective was to determine how internal and external communication actions implemented by a
MyPE, represented by the company ViveTiticaca SAC, influence relations with the community in their
personal development and integration and at a productive socioeconomic level, recognizing that their
work has a direct impact in the community, since it is where it develops its aquaculture production
processes. It was carried out in the high andean area of Chalhuanca, Yanque district, Caylloma
province located in the Arequipa region, this area has natural resources such as lagoons, low
temperatures where trout breeding takes place, and where the relationship with the community is
constant as it is an essential part of business. The interview and survey technique were used, both
adapted from the ETHOS indicators that measure social responsibility indicators, properly validated
by Cronbach's Alpha. The results show that communicative management has an influence on
development and improvement in relations with the community, promoting personal development and
that it also becomes visible at socioeconomic levels, such as: education and culture, health, access
to technology, generation of wealth, participatory communication and good management within the
program allows the sustainability of the responsibility program, since thanks to the feedback that is
given in the communicative process, problems can be identified and resolved, there is an identity with
the program and the information provided indicates the benefits and achievements of the company
and the community
