WHAT ARE THE CONCEPTIONS OF BASIC EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS WITH RESPECT TO EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT: AN REVIEW

Abstract

It is necessary to recover the relevance of the educational management; democracy is the
fundamental base to achieve the objectives of educational institutions that aim to contribute to the
social transformation through formation of the critical students. Objective: The purpose of this work
was to carry out an integrative literature review in order to understand and analyze the conceptions
of the professional from the basic education in relation to educational management. Materials and
methods: It was made a search for references in the Google Scholar and Journals CAPES databases
in February 2021. The search allowed the identification of eight articles that met the established
criteria. Results: The research shows that 63% of the articles mentioned the importance of the
organizational structure of educational, pedagogical and political management, while 37% seek
discussing how the elaboration of the Pedagogical Political Project can become an instrument of
democratic and participative management. Conclusion: The articles allow elucidating that in order to
achieve quality education, it is necessary for management to prioritize the pedagogical dimension,
performing its role in human training, quality teaching and learning for all students through the joint
educational process.
