QUALITATIVE RESEARCH: A LOOK FROM THE CASE STUDY IN EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS
Abstract
This article exhibits different contributions of the qualitative investigation doing particular emphasis
on the case study as method of investigation with the target to generate reflection from a critical -
social vision that affects in the trasformación of the educational contexts. There appear some
theoretical contributions of Uwe Flick, who raises a look about the qualitative investigation in the one
that recounts to the practical professionals of the qualitative investigation in the social sciences, the
medical investigation, the investigation of markets, studies of evaluation, organizations, business and
management, the cognitive science, etc. Of equal way there tries to make clear the method case
study and the paradigmatic relation between teacher - student and his ways of investigating the
realities contextuales from the critical reflective pedagogics. Finally, the method of case generates
doubts and expectations which must manage in the field of action.
