CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION IN VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENTS FOR DEAF USERS
Abstract
Theoretically examines the historical context of the right of information, reaching the Brazilian law of information
access, questioning the lack of accessibility as an obstacle to the right of access of the deaf to internet sites.
Considers the sign language as way of interaction of the deaf and as their difficulties on the use of writing.
Questions the Information Society because, instead of including citizens on itself for an upgrade on the life quality
trough technological advancements
