Abstract

This paper aims to put into dialogue the ideas expressed by Dr. Juan Antonio Seda on the inclusion of people
with disabilities at the University, mainly in his text "Disability and University" Institutional interaction and
response. Studies and analysis of policies and legislation at the University of Buenos Aires and reflections of the
situation in relation to different articles that I have developed involveing this subject, in recent years. With the
intention that these imaginary conversations generated in those who read enough concern to rethink and re
encountering own perceptions, impressions and feelings about the situation of people with disabilities and in the
words of Juan Antonio resume the following question: ¿University is a truly accessible institution for people with
disabilities?
