APPLICATION OF MODEL IN MEXICO ACCUSATORY: THE IMMINENT METAMORFOSIS PROSECUTORS

Abstract

The structural reform based in the model of application of justice in Mexico is impending. In 2016, the totality
federative entities that form the Mexican State and the same federation will have to change to an opposing
accusatory system.
In that sense, the present work focuses its objective focuses in the figure of the Public Ministry, which performs
a total role for trying and imparting justice in Mexico. As well as, problems are set out, which arise walking from
an inquisitive-mixed system to another one of accusatory style. Finally, the objective is to contribute with a series
of delineations in order that the figure makes in an effective way the new function, which will be commend it.
