Abstract

A look to the history of the Argentinian Republic childhood and the vision about Disabled people in the first
halfway through the century XX, is the theme of this research, from the medical speech and as this one is
inserted in the society and in the State’s policies.
An unpublished work, when a subject which has recently been investigating, is treated how the childhood is
and the normality in a disabled situation.
