EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE IN THE SPASTICITY

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyse the effectiveness of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the
spasticity from the literature published from 2000 up to date. In a methodological way, we can say that this
analysis is found in the stage of research and purifying of information, given for criteria established inside of
the research staff. The data base chosen are: Pubmed, Spcope, Cochrane, Elsevier, Hinan y Cengage
Learning; there were set out four research equations and it keeps in mind clinical trials in any language. In the
current stage articles has been leaked, which allow to see the complication of the researcher to express results
from a statistical point of view. There is an appreciable number of case studies that show favorable results
when using Traditional Chinese Medicine in spastic patients, but because of the nature of this study, these
ones have been ruled out.
