MODEL FROM HUMAN ADMINISTRATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE LABOUR INCLUSION WITH DISABLED PEOPLE
Abstract
This Article derives of the talk “Model from human administration for a sustainable labour inclusion with disabled people”
which at the same time comes from of development about a qualitative study which through of documentary analysis,
interviews and discussion groups generates as a result the proposal model before mentioned. This model consists of six
parts: 1) the disabled person, who is included from the biopsicosocial model; 2) the organised culture as possibility of
elimination of discrimination; 3) social responsibility and the administration of the diversity like sustainable strategies of the
inclusion; 4) a shaping perspective of the practices about human administration; 5) a process about diversity’s
administration and 6) the settled human administration’s practices
