Abstract

Dialogue with stakeholders has gained prominence in the management of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) until it has become the indispensable means that allows defining material issues
and embodying the organisation's commitment in the Materiality Matrix, through of the report in the
Sustainability Report or the Integrated Report. The objective of this work is to analyze the different
norms it has on CSR standards in order to understand the role of dialogue with stakeholders. During
the investigation it was possible to verify how management with stakeholders has become more
complex and exhaustive, from identification, segmentation to prioritization of them, in order to
establish strategic relationships. In this process, dialogue allows reaching agreements on those
issues that concern stakeholders and that the organization must consider, since material issues are
those issues that the organization undertakes to address through dialogue with stakeholder groups.
interest. The incorporation of interest groups in the management of the organization is the latest and
greatest advance in management and this happens through systematic dialogue mechanisms that
allow cooperation between stakeholders and the organization.
