DIFFICULTIES AND PRECARIOUSNESS IN WOMEN'S WORKPLACES
Abstract
This study concerns the crisis generated by labour reform on 30 November 2012. The current picture
is lacerating, the range of violations of labour rights generated largely by unemployment,
discrimination, precarious working conditions, lack of well-paid wages and non-compliance with fair
labour standards, end with any possibility of decent and quality living, in violation of women's human
rights. In 2019, major reforms were made to the Federal Labour Law, establishing important issues
such as gender inclusion and non-discrimination, so it seeks to promote conceptual tools for the
action of different policies in the area of science and technology aimed at balancing the field of work
of women.
