PRESENTACIÓN
Abstract
Revista Inclusiones saluda en este Volumen V, Número 3, Julio-Septiembre 2018 al Dr. Carlos Tulio da Silva Medeiros, Director de Diálogos en Mercosur e integrante de nuestro Comité Científico de Honor. Ls Redes de Investigación y Colaboración Académica son claves en el mundo del siglo XXI. La interconexión a través de los mass medias ha permitido que la investigación se difunda y se trabaje en forma virtual con otros colegas del mundo, a veces, sin conocerlos en persona. Las amistades académicas-investigativas crecen y los investigadores pueden comprobar sus descubrimientos, tener otros puntos de vista e incluso, cambiar sus ideas originales ante lo nuevos diálogos que le entregan una mirada totalmente distinta, enriqueciéndose su labor y no por ello, desechándose. Eso es Diálogos en Mercosur, el cual a las puertas de la segunda década del tercer milenio y abriendo la amistad a los cinco continentes, debiera ser Diálogos en Mercosur +.
