This article presents the results of the quantitative analysis of the first dimension of an instrument that aimed at evaluating the degree of satisfaction of graduated students, professors and employers from primary schools. The instrument focused on the graduate profile of the Primary Teaching major at Universidad de Playa Ancha, which is composed of four dimensions. The dimension analyzed In this article, refers to the fact that graduated students must be agents of personal, social and cultural development in their professional performance at primary schools. This work is part of a doctoral research, with the goal of evaluating the professional education of graduated students, for the continuous improvement of their processes. Regarding the first dimension mentioned above, the results indicate that satisfaction levels are high, mainly among employers and professors, while there are also indicators and items in which there are some significant differences among the three groups’ satisfaction.
