IMPACT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL MODALITY IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF ECUADOR

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the impact of high school education on the organizational management of Ecuador as a basis for its progress and its insertion in the State's educational policies. For this purpose, a documentary research was carriedout, through which the knowledge of the pre-named status, the educational level and the current state of management, ecumenical organization, representation in small and medium-sized enterprises, with support, was broadened and deepened,mainly, in previous works,information and data disclosed by print, audiovisual or electronic media. He also focused on criticisms of the state of knowledge mentioned above; integration, organization and evaluation of existing theoretical and empirical information on the impact of the baccalaureate formation in the organizational management of Ecuador, providing possible ways to solve it, as well as analyzing the external and internal consistency of existing theories and conceptualizations. As a result, the factors that determine the impact of the formation of the baccalaureate in the development of the country, the existing disarticulation between the educational policies and the other public policies, analysis of the economic sectors, among other fundamental aspects, were identified.
