Massage theories are widespread in the world, you're mostly are applied by a qualified masseur, to which we must pay their service and expensive, which is convenient if much with economic opportunity; however sometimes not much with this condition yet ignorance, lack of preparation and not knowing how to optimize each time, that is, doing several things at once (while I do something I take and do the other), not alternatives that are available to our own hands (in both directions) are used.
