The introduction of ICT in education in developed countries began more than three decades ago and they have had special care in researching of future effects in order to adjust, adapt and anticipate the future of society. In Chile we have not evaluated its systemic impact, in other words what are the positives and / or negatives aspects associated with ICT in the teaching, learning, or school management processes so there are wide gaps of uncertainty about likely future scenarios.
