THE ENVIRONMENT LABOR IMPACTS ON THE WORKERS’ HEALTH

Abstract

Environment labor can contribute, or in its defect, become in an obstacle for the good acting of the managerial
administration, of which it is derived the importance of the planned improvement of the conditions of the work, in
area of impacting positively in the workers ‘health that constitute the vital factor of the productive process.
It is not enough that workers possess the training and/or necessary skill for the work that carry out, it is necessary
that they have a suitable labor atmosphere so that being satisfied is generated a climate of collaboration and
trust, so much horizontal as vertically. The damages to the workers' health in those that it has incidence the
environment labor are included in professionals' work accident and illnesses. The Work International
Organization and the Health World Organization have stimulated in a direct way and permanent, the inclusion of
the topic of the environment labor in the calendar of work of all states members
