PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LABOR SKILLS

Need to conceptualize and organize Vocational Guidance within a changing socio-labor world; at the semantic level, access and maintenance in it. Where the link between the education system and the world of work, is regulated by the acquisition of key skills, professional and labor. Being in turn the framework of action of the Professional Guidance that along with the training, must be throughout life. The present study shows the relationship between the availability (framed within the labor competences) for employment and the academic level (framed in the basic and professional competences) of unemployed people.
