SCENIC BODY: HOW TO STIMULATE BODY CONSCIOUSNESS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF BODY WRITING IN THE THEATRICAL LANGUAGE OF MIME? A REVISION
Abstract
The aim of this study was to understand how to stimulate body awareness and the construction of
body writing in the theatrical language of mime. Thus, among the selected articles, 50% related the
study of mime to the French artist and researcher Étienne Decroux, the other 50% speak of the
importance of physical training for the mastery of body language. It is worth noting that the Dramatic
Body Mime system is a physical theater and when stimulating the scenic body to a body
consciousness and the construction of body writing in the theatrical language of mime, it is necessary
a rigorous training accompanied by a specialist, This suggests the practice of Étienne Decroux
Dramatic Bodily Mimicry, which involves a specific mime technique.
