The present study aims to analyze descriptively the normative regulation of income transference from the Brazilian State to people with disability as a form of social inclusion. In order to do so the present research identified the principal social benefits created by the Brazilian State to transfer income to people with disability that do not possess pecuniary means to sustain themselves. The research hypothesis is to find out if there were over the years an increase of these rights or not.
