Abstract

The use of language has been an accomplice to these exclusionary actions towards certain groups, using euphemisms that seek to soften the discourse of exclusion, legitimizing the practice that results in political clientelism and assistentialism and that also directly attacks people with This condition does not recognize the capacities they have to develop with adequate support, preventing them from being part of a work culture limiting their development and the exercise of rights.
