INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ESSENTIAL TOOLS FOR CONTEMPORARY SUCCESS ORGANIZATIONS

For a long time the organizational environment was attributed as organizational value only the physical structural goods such as: computers Softwares and equipment and machinery where the value was expressed in each of these being able to be measured. At present, the new configurations of the organizational environment require professionals capable of developing skills and competences taking into account the valuation of emotional intelligence and intellectual capital by measuring intangible assets. The objective of the study was to analyze how Intellectual Capital and Emotional Intelligence can be used as tools for the success of the organizational environment. It is specific to evaluate the aspects of emotional intelligence as an indispensable tool in the organizational context of success. For the preparation of this work, a bibliographical and field research of exploratory and descriptive character was used. As a method for data collection, a questionnaire with 7 questions and interviews with professionals working in the organizational environment was applied. The study presents the results and discussions about the investment relations, training and development of the employees of the companies surveyed. Turning to privilege the management of information seeking tools to foment the knowledge of the people in the organizational structure. Moving on to value the development of human skills, especially emotional intelligence.
