WORKER ROLE OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT. INTRODUCTION OF THE WUST TEST

The WUST Worker University Student Test is introduced, its full scale containing 25 items in four dimensions: Work Needs, Learning and Professional Experience, Basic University Skills and Work Skills. Likewise, it is demonstrated that there is a positive correlation between the four established dimensions. Factor analysis was used to confirm the respective dimensions and items of the CEUT to verify its validity. Also, the Cronbach's alpha test to observe its reliability. In addition, a descriptive statistical analysis and correlational analysis were performed to show the degree of association between the study dimensions. The participants were 122 students from a public university, who were working. It was possible to demonstrate the validity of CEUT and the correlations between its four dimensions.
