THE PROBLEM OF MIGRANTS. SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE HISTORY OF ENVIRONMENTAL MIGRANTS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGYSOCIETY RELATIONSHIP

Abstract

The present work deals with the drama of migration in a considerable dimension since it covers this
issue from a historical perspective to show that its determinants are an invariant, because the
causes that exist since time immemorial still persist, since even the environmental ones - which
constitute For many a phenomenon of our times-date from the beginning of humanity. The
treatment of the subject is based on issues that allow recognizing the term and expose its
typologies in a concise manner, to treat a necessary historical tract periodized by the doctoral
student and characterize his behavior from the appearance of homo sapiens until today. In this last
segment the current circumstances are valued, in which environmental migrations are referred to as
one of the most recent dramas of humanity.
